About.
Pierre is a Partner at HBGSchindlers and the lead practitioner of the Employment Law Occupational Health & Safety and Notarial Practice departments. His practice includes employment law, commercial dispute resolution and general commercial law.
Pierre advises both corporate and individual clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law across various sectors, including road and freight, manufacturing, retail and wholesale. He regularly chairs internal disciplinary hearings and runs bargaining council and labour court matters. Pierre predominantly acts in executive-level employment disputes.
With extensive experience in complex high-value commercial disputes, Pierre regularly advises corporate clients with disputes related to contractual law, the NCA, foreclosures and ancillary aspects flowing from commercial litigation, such as business rescue and insolvency.
He is experienced in negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements, including, notarial bonds, service level agreements, shareholders’ agreements, lease agreements, MOIs and franchise agreements.
